Which Procyon?

The Procyon Speed, Procyon Endurance, Procyon Tour have all the same shape. The difference lays in the flex pattern. Furthermore we've have developed the Procyon Banana: a Procyon with a different form for lower riding height!

The Procyon is specifically developed to perform best with a Torsion Tail setup. Next to this the Procyon works well with S Tails and negative rear brackets.

Procyon Speed

The fastest pumping platform in the Procyon family and the entire MK lineup!

The Procyon Speed flexes deeper and has more rebound. You’ll achieve a higher top speed; however, it requires a bit more energy to pump. Once you get used to the rhythm, this board is incredibly fast. The Procyon Speed has won many competitions.

  • High-speed pumping demon that can be pumped over long distances as well! Works especially well for heavier or more experienced riders. The high rebound helps you maintain a higher average speed.

  • High-rebound flex pattern for increased pumping speed. The Speed is a bit more comfortable than the Endurance.

  • Pumps efficiently in narrow to medium-sized pumps. You need to hit the rhythm of the board's flex to maximize performance.

Procyon Endurance

The Procyon Endurance dialed back the pumping top speed of the Procyon Speed, thereby increasing pumping efficiency.

The Procyon Endurance is more energy-efficient to pump but has a lower top speed. It doesn't flex as deeply as the Speed, which makes it a bit less comfortable. The advantage is that you won’t have to adjust to a specific rhythm as much as with the Speed; you can pump with various rhythms on this deck.

  • Very efficient pumping machine. Great for lighter riders who can’t generate as much force in each pump.

  • Direct flex pattern for effective power transfer while pumping. You have a bit more control over the Endurance compared to the Speed.

  • Pumps well with all kinds of rhythms. Notably, you can pump the Endurance extra fast with super narrow wiggle pumps!

Procyon Tour

The Procyon Tour is designed to offer comfort for your skates.

The Procyon Tour takes a different approach to an LDP deck. Just like a touring bicycle for journeys where you’re unsure of the pavement conditions, you need a comfortable board that can handle anything. The Tour uses a very special fiber that provides outstanding dampening properties against flex. While it’s not as fast or efficient as the Speed and Endurance, it will serve you well on new adventures, exploring new routes.

  • Comfortable Procyon designed for tours and adventures on new terrain. Great for those who frequently deal with rough roads but still want some of the pumping efficiency of the Procyon.

  • Vibration-absorbing flex pattern for comfortable skating over rougher roads. It soaks up vibrations but also absorbs a bit of the pumping energy in its flex pattern.

  • Pumps well with a wider pumping rhythm. Note that you need to skate a few kilometers for the flex to settle.

Procyon Banana

The Procyon Banana is the lowest torsion tail platform you can skate!

The Procyon Banana combines the best of both pumping and pushing efficiency and speed. With its 6-degree wedge in the rear, it sets the TTX to 0 degrees, making pumping easier and more effortless. It pumps best with narrow, high-paced pumps. By wedging the TTX or S tail, the height of the platform is also reduced, making it ideal for pushing.

  • Very efficient pumping and pushing beast. Perfect combo with bigger wheels! Great for those who want to excel in both pushing and pumping.

  • High-rebound flex pattern for efficient and fast pumping. Low height allows for fast and effortless pushing. With the lower height, you have a bit less leverage on the trucks, so be careful on bumps, as the rear bolts can sometimes scrape. It’s smart to mount the rear hardware upside down.

  • Pumps well with narrow, high-paced wiggle pumps.
